Donna Manzo-Dragon, PT

 

Donna is the Director of Physical Therapy. She graduated from Columbia University with a Masters in PT in 1982 and has a Bachelor in Biology from Fairfield University. She began working at HMC in 1992. She has been a member of the American PT Association since 1981. In addition to coordinating all the Physical and Occupational Therapy sites for HMC, she also specializes in Vestibular Rehabilitation.

Linda Kastenschmidt, Senior PT

 

Linda graduated with a Bachelor in Exercise Science from Virginia Tech and a Masters in PT from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia in 1999. She has been with HMC since 2009. She is trained in the use of Bioness L300 and has experience treating pediatrics.

Andell Dyett, PT

 

Andell started with HMC in 2010. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2007 with a Bachelor in Exercise Science and Sports Studies and from University of Medicine and Dentistry NJ with a Doctorate in PT in 2010. Andell is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist accredited by the APTA. He is also an adjunct professor for the Rutgers Physical Therapy & Medical School programs.

Timothy Mahoney PT

 

Tim has been with HMC since 2015. He graduated from University of Delaware in 2011 with a Bachelor in Exercise Science, and from Rutgers School of Biomedical and Health Sciences in 2014 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Tim has special interest in sports, spine, and manual therapy. He is pursuing Graston and Mckenzie certification.

Kristy Pereira, PT

 

Kristy has been at HMC since 2012. She graduated in 2002 from Alfred University with a Bachelor in athletic training and in 2005 from D’Youville College with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She has certifications in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (McKenzie Method), and Athletic Training. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers and McKenzie Institute associations. Kristy specializes in treatment of the spine and also an interest in pediatrics.

Debbie started with HMC in 1999. She graduated in 1999 from UMDNJ with a Masters in PT. She is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (McKenzie Method) and is a member of the American PT Association. She specializes in orthopedics with a strong interest in rehabilitation of dancers and gymnasts.

Diane has been with HMC since 2003. She got her Bachelor in PT in 1987 from the University of Delaware, and has a Doctorate degree in progress at Arcadia University. Diane also has a 2009 Masters in Social Work from Rutgers the State University of NJ. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Her specialty areas include orthopedics, osteoporosis management, and oncology rehabilitation

Tony began at HMC in 2011. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000 with a Masters in PT. He specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports injuries. Tony has worked with athletes at the high school, college, World Cup, Olympic, and professional levels.

Andrew Overman, Senior PT

 

Andrew started with HMC in 2010. He graduated from Columbia University in 2001 with a Masters in PT and from Temple University in 2003 with a Doctorate in PT. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. His professional specialties include sports rehab, orthopedics, and geriatrics. He has worked with athletes at the high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic level.

Bill Mahalchick, PT

 

Bill has been with HMC since 2014. In 1985 he received a Bachelor in PT from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, a Masters in 2000 from Seton Hall/UMDNJ, and a Doctorate in PT in 2013 from Arcadia University. His certifications include Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 1995 and recertification in 2014, and Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (McKenzie Method). He is a member of the American PT Association orthopedic section and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapists. He specializes in orthopedics, spine, shoulder, foot and ankle.

Jennifer started with HMC in 2006. She graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor in Economics and Spanish from SUNY Binghamton, in 1999 with a Masters in PT from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and in 2008 with her Doctorate in PT from UMDNJ. She specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine.

Brian began at HMC in 2012. He graduated from Seton Hall University in 2006 with a Bachelor in Biology and in 2009 with a Doctorate in PT. He is currently pursuing a certification in McKenzie treatment of the spine.

Rich Trenery, PT

 

Rich began at HMC in 2012. He graduated in 1998 from Penn State with a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science, in 2002 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ with a Masters in PT, and with his Doctorate in 2004. Suzanne is the Clinical Coordinator of the inpatient Physical Therapy department at HMC. She graduated from The College of Mount Saint Vincent in 1982 with a BS in Biology. Suzanne received her degree in Physical Therapy in 1984 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. She began working at HMC in 1994. She is a member of the APTA. Jennifer has been at HMC since 2001, and works at the Wescott site. She graduated in 1992 from the University of N. H. with a Bachelor in OT. She is a Certified Hand Therapist since 2001 and certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage including complete decongestive therapy since 2009, a fitter for elvarex garments and Saeboflex Orthosis. She is trained in Adult Neurodevelopmental Treatment. Her specialty areas include hand therapy, stroke and lymphedema.

She graduated from the U. of Rochester with a Bachelor in physics and psychology and in 2003 from Thomas Jefferson University with a Masters in OT. She is a trained provider in Saeboflex Orthosis. She is a member of the NJ Occupational Association, and the American OT Association. She is a certified Hand Therapist and a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. Her professional specialty areas include hand therapy, and stroke rehabilitation.

Alisa began working for HMC in 2006. She graduated in 1997 with a Masters in PT from Boston University. In 2004 she became a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars. She served four years in the United States Air Force. She specializes in orthopedics especially spinal disorders.

Pattie has been with HMC since 2008. She graduated from Springfield College in 1987 with a Bachelor in Exercise Science, a Physical Therapy Assistants Degree from Professional Skills Institute in 2000, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann College in 2008. She is trained in LSVT for Parkinson treatment. She is a member of the American PT Association.

Amerigo has been with HMC since 2007. He got his Bachelor in Nursing in 2005, in PT in 2000, and his Doctorate in PT in 2012 from Utica College. His field of practice includes orthopedics, sports and post surgical PT, vestibular, and treatment of the foot.

Molly has been at HMC since 2014. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Health & Exercise Science from Messiah College. She graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 from Rutgers School of Biomedical and Health Sciences. Molly has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2011. She is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She coaches aquatics for Special Olympics New Jersey in her spare time. Molly is specializing in Women's Health.
