Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center is proud to work in conjunction with the Cancer Support Community to offer survivorship programs that empower individuals to take an active role in their recovery. The Cancer Support Community is located in Bedminster, NJ and offers a wide variety of support, educational and mind/body programs for cancer patients and their supports. Cancer Transitions

Cancer Transitions is a program conducted by the Cancer Support Community. It is open to cancer survivors, who have completed their active treatment between one month and two years ago and have no evidence of disease. The program is held annually in the Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center conference room. For details and to register call 908-658-5400.
